I got my order delivered, and while restaurant got it ready on time, the driver was slow. My order still tasted delicious even though it was slightly cold by this time (lucky I don't mind cold food). The coffee was smooth and tastey, the Micky G's Bagel was phenomenal (my photos don't do it justice, I could only eat half before I was full). I asked for 1 x sugar in my coffee, finally a barista who reads instructions. I also asked for them to go easy on the hot sauce, they listened, but next time I will get the full amount because the sauce was delicious. They also put a cover between the coffee and the lid, this did a great job at keeping it slightly warmer and not a drop was spilled in transit. Thank you, I will be sure to check your cafe out in person on a day with nicer weather, I am so impressed that a delivery order tasted as good as mine did.

As a local I love By George. Coffee is always good, service is always friendly and food is always delicious. I've been here countless times and its always consistent. While it can be busy some times I've always been able to get a table. Staff are super friendly and remember my usual orders. My favourites here are the Velvet Chicken Salad, the Breakfast Bagel, the Wog Boy and the quiche they have on display as well. They have a variety of beautiful breads here across their different dishes, I highly recommend the ciabatta & miche bread. They are also flexible with making small tweaks to dishes for dietary requirements or preferences. For example I love the ciabatta bread they have so I usually get the breakfast bagel on that for something a bit different.

Had to try this place after seen a fellow foodie post it, I have now been back 3 times so I could try a variety of the menu (the whole bagel menu). They were all great, definitely my favourite is the Schnitty bagel and the breakfast bagel is mush try.. If you have a sweet tooth definitely try the PB&J scrumpets, I am still dreaming of this…

Hands down best bagel cafe! Who doesn’t love a good toasted everything bagel? Reuben was a solid 10/10 and so was the Micky G! I also really enjoyed the iced latte, however, my boyfriend’s cold brew was a bit lacking. I genuinely think the naked bagel would have been delicious too..

One of the best bacon and egg rolls in Sydney!! Just had a Costanza roll ( bacon and egg) and it was excellent. The bacon is thick and crispy, the aioli is out of this world flavoursome, and the buns are soft and nicely sized that give you an amazing flavoursome bite. The coffee as well was very flavoursome. Well done! A must visit!

By George's in the Croydon area is a fantastic local spot. The service is exceptional with a friendly staff. Their bagels are absolutely delicious; I opted for the classic cream cheese, a simple but satisfying choice. Although I wasn't very hungry and aimed for a light bite, the bagel was so generously sized that I ended up having it for both breakfast and lunch. These bagels, made by Brooklyn boys, are top-notch and hard to go wrong with. The coffee is smooth and perfectly roasted. Don't miss out on their cookies, provided by Butter Boy, and their pastries, which come from Tugas.
